Parenting is a journey, one that asks us to be resilient, flexible, and, above all, self-aware. That self-awareness starts with truly understanding ourselves: how we think, how we feel, and how we respond.
When we take the time to tune into our own emotions, we're much better placed to handle the tough moments that parenting throws at us. Instead of reacting on autopilot when we’re stressed or overwhelmed, we can pause, take a breath, and respond in a way that reflects the parent we want to be.
Services for Parents and Families
I offer one -to-one support services for parents and families, as a single or block of 60-minute interactive sessions online or in person* to focus on a specific challenge.
This may be in support of an area identified by yourself or following an initial call to decide on the area of focus.
*In-person services available within Greater London, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire and Berkshire. Online services available UK-wide.
