Just For WORKPLACES

‘This year’s findings see the 2024 recovery reversing, with parental concerns now higher than in 2023 for all areas of children’s development (mental health, educational development/catch-up needs, social skills and physical health)’.

‘31% drop in parents feeling their employer is highly supportive compared to 2023’

 - Modern family index report by Bright Horizons (2025) Survey carried out with 3000 working parents, with at least one child aged 0-17.

There is clearly a role for businesses and employers to invest in and ensure support is provided for parents to address the mental load that these types of issues are adding.

Not only can this aid employee satisfaction but it can also aid staff retention, reduce turnover costs and improve productivity.
